  Such poor quality services we called to put a complaint in -then we received the valuation and were blown away how low.
  
  Firstly the consultant told the bank they had left a msg - which they had not. I had to chase up the bank to let them know we still had not heard from anyone. Then the next afternoon he finally called. He was curt , abrupt and was then same when he arrived. Lacked all professionalism and looked like he did not want to be there... Was lucky to be there 10 minutes and left - told me he works for the bank not me! If he wasn not valuing my home and others he would not have a job!
  
  I was told this is not the first complaint they have had...

  The worst valuer to do a valuation. In and out in 15mins.
  Had no idea what was done to the property from the last Val from 2018.
  The bank had to contact me directly for photos of works completed.
  Feel very sorry for any customers seeking to refinance

  Poor valuation, not in tune with the market. Spent very little time at the house.

  Fantastic company! Highly skilled valuers with many many years of experience! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

  These people should not be doing valuations. Rediculously low valuations. Inspected the property in less than 30seconds no joke.
