  Terrific product, no doubt. But terrible customer service and maybe major supplier issues. Ordered in June, product delivered in September, delaying the installation and contractors majorly. With communication (our phone calls to them), ranging from "well this will certainly make this new order this week", to "Oh we are expecting that this week/ this afternoon!", to, "oh now we have tracking numbers and it should be delivered today!" With WEEKS between. How many "expecting this today" over a month before a customer has enough? If there are supplier issues, change suppliers, and communicate with your customers with constant accurate updates. Not hard. Once product was finally delivered, no apologies for delays, it was just "here you go". Never again. -Q.

  MY BAD EXPERIENCE...
  
  I never usually write something like this, but this story needs is worth sharing to safeguard others from the same experience.
  
  This is the first and last time I will ever deal with this company. The staff have been very helpful throughout the process, BUT their hands have been tied by an owner who lacks the customer service skills and being able to solve an issue.
  
  I ordered and paid for wall paper in good faith, to put up in one of our new stores in Melbourne. Three months later, and I am still waiting for the wall paper to arrive.
  
  It was only supposed to take 6 weeks from time of payment. It's been 4 months now, and I have since tried to make contact with the company to no avail. I was advised by staff that the store has since closed in Sydney and Melbourne, leaving just the Perth location.
  
  I have even contacted the owner via email, and he has not responded since I've asked for my money to be refunded.
  
  I will never deal with this company again! The owner has no respect for their client, and the money owed. Their service and backup have been appalling.
  
  Look somewhere else before using this company. my note worthy story.
