  While they provide a friendly service with good pricing, I have been a little let down from their mechanical services. My wife has been a long time customer and I have recently started using them myself, in order to maintain a log book service history, should I sell my vehicle down the track.
  Legally a consumer doesn't need to pay for something they haven't asked for but the charge is so small it is ignored by people. The company put windscreen washer fluid in and charge you $2 for it. When I got my car I didn't want any chemical in it and they did it, and charge for it. Pretty minor yes, however, when queried about an item on the log book service they replied "we don't do that unless you ask for it". If you take your vehicle in for a log book service, you expect all items on the list to be done, including wheel balancing and rotating, not just an oil and filter change. I was impressed after looking over their work straight after a service to find they had at least gone through with the greasing underneath the vehicle.
  I have had a wheel alignment done by them and now my alignment is stuffed! Steering wheel is no longer straight and it pulls to the left.
  My wife's recent service proved for a second time that their diagnostic services are sub-standard. A starting issue which they blamed a battery for and did no other diagnosing, and a different starting issue on my vehicle which they could not find but I later discovered it was the immobiliser.
  I believe they are a reasonable company to use for basic servicing but I won't use them for anything other than basic things and we are both looking at trialling a new business.
