- Sameera B Added January 20, 2022★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I was quoted by Moe to replace a hot water system which was slightly cheaper than a competitor's price. So, I went with him. Upon completion of the work I was informed that removal of the old unit and additional valves were not included in the price. Having gone halfway I had no choice but to install the valves as well. Overall I spent several hundreds more than the other all inclusive quote. So, very disappointed with the poor communication and the price. So, if you are getting a quote verify the inclusions. My guess is you will be able to find a better price elsewhere. Also, I wouldn't trust the other 5 start reviews here based on my experience.
