  It is not often that I have the time to review every business I have dealings with. Many are good, but on the odd occasion, there will be one - that is outstanding. When that happens, I will make time.
  
  This, is one of those businesses.
  
  Roadbend has absolutely broken the "never mix business with family/friends" rule. Their love and knowledge of these exquisite vehicles, is clearly a passion within their family. You can feel it when you go there and as a Jaguar owner who loves their car - clearly the obvious choice would be to find someone equally passionate about your beloved car, when you are entrusting them to fix it.
  
  That, is exactly what you will get at Roadbend.
  
  But the additional plus in this case, is that all of the people - be it family owners or employees, are professional, approachable and... they are just nice people!
  
  This is a business that makes you want to stay a customer for life. There is less than a handful of businesses that I would say - have ever left me with that impression before and certainly none of them would be associated with cars!
  
  But here we are!
  
  Roadbend, the 5 star Google rating that you have achieved, is hands down - 100% deserved. You have certainly made a lifetime customer of me and will see me again in the not too distant future and for many years to come.

  From the moment that I met Graham Percival, I felt a sense of relief. Like many car buyers, I had met many car sales people and test driven many cars. Those other sales people were professional, but not of the same high standard as Roadbend Motors and Graham Percival.
  
  With Graham and Roadbend Motors, I could rely upon the company service history of the vehicle and Graham’s genuine trustworthyness to purchase my Range Rover Sport with no concerns and a rare peace of mind.
  
  The service I received from Graham and Roadbend Motors was excellent. Not just a decent bottle of red and the welcome pack, but they had genuine desire to ensure that I had a great experience buying my car.
  
  I first signed the purchase agreement in the week leading up to Christmas and Graham ensured he had the car ready for me Christmas Eve, knowing I would need to wait another week, if it wasn’t ready at that time.
  
  Graham Was a gentleman to deal with and I have spoken highly of Roadbend motors and recommended them ever since.

  Fantastic people to deal with. I never felt any pressure at anytime to purchase a car.
  When I finally chose a car. Graham went above and beyond to make sure i was completely happy.

  Thought I would share my recent experience with Road Bend. Dropped off my 2001 XJ308 with a self diagnosed timing chain issue, Road bend gave me a rough quote of $3000. Picked the car up 2 days later and the very knowledgaable service department found a completely different issue with the car and resolved it. Total cost $1300. Good to know that there are still businesses out there with integrity and great customer service. Car runs better than it has for a long time...Thanks again RoadBend
