  Great service and advice every time I go in. Particularly amazing service this week when I took my bike in without any notice and had it tuned and back the same day and for an extremely reasonable price! Legends. Would highly recommend the whole team

  Very unfriendly. Forgot to give me a critical bike component with my bike purchase. Did not make me feel welcome, or important as a customer despite spending a lot of money. Will not be going back.

  Nice good looking shopping but looks like the staff only like to serve and give attention for customers who are willing to spend a lot of money. Just a little tip, customer is a customer doesn’t matter how much they spend on your shopping. So, a bit more humanity and smiles would be nice.

  Without doubt the best bike shop in Perth. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, catering for high end and first time buyers. I have bought bikes from them for whole family based on my original and ongoing contact from Ride Advice. They have always allowed me to try before buying which i have found extremely helpful. Have always found them competitive on pricing, if you don't ask then you don't get. I still get my road and race bikes serviced from Ride Advice and I live an hour away from them......
