  Jessica and Rikki at Realmark South have managed our rental property for over 2 years now. They are friendly and easy to deal with, prompt and extremely thorough in their inspections and tenant / property management. They were able to get a tenant moved in pretty much immediately and the property hasn't been empty a day since.
  Highly recommend these ladies to anyone looking for a property manager to not only provide great property management, but be extremely approachable and friendly.

  I do not recommend Realmark South whatsoever. Honestly has been such a pain to deal with. I rented a property from them and it was a HUGE mistake! The apartment that I was living in the carpet had a mysterious leak and the whole of my lounge room was completely soaked. This went on for about 7 months. It felt like the property manager Jessica didn’t care at all and was super lazy! She would ignore emails and not return phone calls. Months later of trying to solve this issue they got another apartment for me to rent in the same complex. This apartment had a whole lot of issues and the same soaked carpet issue. This place had holes in the walls, a broken window, missing shelves in cupboards and a VERY dodgy oven. That wasn’t even half of everything that was wrong with that apartment. It’s just very shocking the conditions that Jessica left for that place to be rented out to someone. I am appalled with the service that was provided to say the least. This company is absolutely atrocious hence the 1-star review.

  I absolutely do not recommend Realmark realestate due to poor treatment, management and lack of caring or understanding for their tenants safety and well being. I lived in poor harzardous unsafe discusting conditions that caused me an injury in my rental property which they time again neglected and failed to take responsibility to fix as requested in appropriate time frame. When I asked to end my lease due to being fed up for all the hardship and not to mention the house was falling apart, they made it very difficult & handled it very unprofessionally. Realmark need to change there management and be more attentive to their tenants needs and rights.

  We met Angel in Winthrop few days ago. Very warm and knowledgeable. She answered all our queries without hesitation and does not beat around the bush. I will strongly recommend this agent to my mates.

  I have rented off realmark for over 2 years. Always been very professional and helpful. I had property managers Jess then rikki. And couldn't reccomend them both enough.

  My Experience with (Property Manager) Samantha Lewis was very disappointing, disappointment was an understatement! Rethink before ever listing your property with Samantha, her unprofessional approach and couldn't care less attitude is an understatement....
  If you are a Property Owner, Rethink your decision before listing with Realmark. Trust me! Not a pleasant experience at all...
  
  WELL WELL WELL, We've obviously hit a nerve with Realmark, look at all these so called positive reviews to justify Samantha Lewis!
  Don't be fooled by these FAKE reviews future Landlords......
  Negative feedback will always need justifying, as you can see, Realmark are clearly Justifying.....
