- Michael Cecylia Added December 03, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had a burst underground pipe in my house recently. I called Plumbdog to repair the leak that I located. When I called I asked: 'how much do they charge per hour?' They didn't want to tell me, only said it cost between $160 to $220. The plumber came repaired the leak within 1 hour and charged me $357.92 ( parts cost maybe $10 to $20)
When I question the charge he threaten me that he will shut the water supply to the property and destroy what he has done if I don't pay on a spot. I had no choice and paid. Now I know why they didn't want to tell me the labor cost per hour. They just charged me $340 per hour. Avoid them at all cost.
