  I applied for block of land, but then with in a month i had to fly back home due to family issues so I tried to canceled the deal and asked for $1000 refund that I gave them but Some guy Patrick from Peet Limited started asking for finance decline letter when he knows that I didn't even apply for finance yet. I would not recommend anyone building with these dodgie people. Be very careful and don't fall for the sweet talks. I suggest to go with some other developer!!!

  Absolutely disgusting developer.
  Never ever build with these guys a house and land package or apartment. Their attention to detail is totally atrocious. They said I could only have one practical completion inspection and that they had already checked the property and that it was good to go. I had 30 defect items on my list plus the garage roller door did not work for me to see, not the electronic entry or the intercom. The build was finished 4 months later then what they told me when I put down my deposit and mine was the last apartment bought off the plan. They called for Settlement in September and then it got dragged out to the end of November and I was in a Rental contract elsewhere that I had to somehow juggle so that my family had a place to live after they changed the settlement date twice. As the inspection was so abismally poor where my front door did not ever close properly but got stuck, I naturally asked for a second and final completion inspection before settlement, but no, after they had already lost my trust, they told me to trust the items were done. All I asked for was a simple, fair go check after things had been so disappointing previously. Never ever build with these guys if you want an even half decent apartment build experience. EVER.
