- Song gu Lee Added December 03, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I usually have a very good impression on NAB becuase the tellers are very helpful and kind
however, at this branch, this one teller who seems from mideast(I know her name) broke all of the good impressions on it.
Regarding my new card's arriving, I asked some questions and she answered them very disrespectfully, with her legs shaking and eyes rolling.
I've met her twice but both times, she was the rudest person I've ever met in perth.
She didn't even tell me that my card was sent to Melbourne branch at the first time we met, so I had to visit again to get the card not knowing the fact.
Moreover, she was very upset about me looking at her name tag, even though its purpose is to show people that who's in charge of their service.
I cannot believe that a person whose attitude is like hers is working for one of the biggest bank in Australia.
