  Fantastic! He fixed my shoulder that multiple other therapists couldn't. I was a little dubious that acupuncture could work but it did to my surprise. He didn't just focus on my shoulder either, he worked on my whole Body from
  Tip to Toe. He also used massage and these little things that he sets on fire on your body so there is a heat technique too. Highly recommend.

  Bought a massage for my mum as she has been sore and stressed lately as a nice gesture and wish I'd saved the money. I saw positive reviews when I purchased but guess I should have looked around more. When we booked for Saturday they called us within hours of the appointment saying they had double booked and we needed to reschedule, which was the first disappointment and messed around with out weekends schedule. Then we booked for the next day and when we arrived the receptionist was out smoking so we had to wait for 5+ minutes while she finished and then proceeded to say things like "you's"...very professional. The other lady in the store was too lazy to serve us and ignored us when we said hello so that was kind of her. Then my mum said the massage which was an "hour long" consisted of the lady taking over ten minutes of the hour to get herself ready and at first didn't use oil and then used way more than she should of so my mum came out with oily skin and hair, not a great look. And the points she had crossed on the form of where she wanted targeted (lower back) weren't even touched. Apparently she seemed to not know what she was doing and applied minimal pressure even though on the form we asked for a medium pressure. Also was left cold for the duration of the massage as all coverings were off so even if the massage had been good I can imagine the cold would have been distracting. Will not be recommending or going back and am appalled with the customer service and service provided in general. The value was $75 but I wouldn't pay $5 for what we received and am annoyed I wasted my money.
