  Bought a car which broke down after 2 weeks, been nearly 4 mths now and they are refusing to refund, car still hasn’t been fixed, and not respond to email. Do not trust these guys
  
  After receiving an call from the service manager about my review I would like to point out he did call me nearly 2 months ago (16th March to advise me my car would most likely be done within the next month) and I went in this Tuesday to collect the license plates of my car after I received a fine after cancelling rego (My fault not theirs) and I was told it is nearly done. They are not open to refunding me at this stage. Every time I have called the general manager he has said he will go talk to service team and get back to me that day but never does

  I had been on the hunt for a pre owned VW Touareg Launch edition for a few months, I had wanted the Digital Cockpit and the Panoramic sunroof. I had viewed all that were for sale in WA before christmas and none met expectations for a 90K + pre owned car, Most were dirty and had hard lives which surprised me when I was going around different dealers.
  I had given up on the Touareg idea and spotted a new Arteon for sale in Melville VW so went for a look on a saturday morning. I was in the dealership less than 5 minutes looking at the arteon with my wife when Lewis one of the Sales Team approached. He was very friendly and in no way pushy at all, After a quick tour of the car I had decided I was not keen on it as it did not have AC Seats ( I know quite fussy) So he enquired to what I was chasing. I told him I had been looking for a pre owned Touareg with certain specs. He smiled and said one like that came in yesterday.
  Lewis brought me out to the Touareg which had just been valeted, The car had all the specs that I was chasing so a test drive was quickly organised. Dave one of the other sales men took me for a test drive in which he showed me all the modern functionality of the tech in the car something that had not happened on previous test drives in other dealerships.
  When we got back to the dealer after the test drive I was asked my thoughts and offered some refreshments. After a brief discussion with my wife we decided to purchase the car.
  I sat down with Lewis and crunched the numbers and managed a discount and a full tank of fuel as part of the deal. I have to be honest it was a pleasure dealing with Lewis and Dave at all times under no times did i feel pressured to buy. They are professional and very knowledgeable
  about VW. Dave even offered to show me all the functionality at any time in the future as there is a lot to take in which is stellar service in my eyes.
  I cannot Recommend Melville VW enough if you are in the Market for a VW get in touch with Lewis or Dave, Its the best car sales experience I have had in Australia.

  We had signed the contract in 11th Oct 2021 with the delivery in Mar 22. However the delivery has changed 4 times from March to June, June to July, July to October and we obtained the vehicle on 1st November. We are well aware of the global supply chain issues, however, this could have been managed in a better way. Only three stars this time because Sales person has been helpful and friendly.

  Bought a second-hand car from them, dealt with Bryce, nothing was too much trouble for him, went out of his way to help, made the transaction a breeze. Had an issue with the diff a couple of weeks later, problem was fixed with no issues. Would highly recommend doing business with them.
