- Leslie Lam Added October 15, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible customer service. First time I've ever experienced racism in Perth. There were 3 servers behind the counter and only 1 cashier was open where one other customer was being served. Even though the other servers noticed me they kept talking and ignoring me. When I was finally being served (after 10 minutes of waiting), another customer lined up behind me(who was not Asian) and she was instantly served by staff behind the counter (who opened up another cashier ). The guy who was serving me had the item and the receipt ready in the bag suddenly stopped serving me to search for something - not sure what - before slowly giving me the bag... It honestly felt like they were taking pleasure out of making me wait. This behaviour truely disgusting and something that should addressed - regardless of whether it was due to my race or not. It's an accumulation of subtle things like this that tear us apart. Let's do better.
