After a couple weeks, Merci had me back to 100%.
I go in 2 or 3 times a year for a "tune up" when my back starts tightening up, and Merci fixes it every time!

No matter what hurts, they would address the cause and I would feel “as new” in a few sessions. Often, one visit would be sufficient to get me out of pain and back into an active life. I highly recommend this practice.
