  The young man in the shop was rude and visibly annoyed in dealing with us. Didn't realised our request to test out our speakers was uncommon at a sounds/speakers shop.
  The lady who showed us around before that is really nice.
  
  In respond to the owner:
  An interesting recollection of the event. The initial refusal to our request, the young man's demeanour that was uncalled for and as a potential customer, I felt belittled by the way we were spoken to. We ended up heading to West Coast Hi-Fi - the guys were great, big smile and had no issue with our request and not sending us away to come back another time.

  Purchased a Bose SA 5 amp, great product running a pair of Bose 151 outdoor speakers. Awesome sound and easy to set up, even had $100 knocked off the price..

  Came in for a new set of Bose replacement earpads for my QC25. The staff here actually spent the time to install the pads, which is much better service than the Bose store at sydneu international airport. Somehow everything managed to be cheaper too, surprising since the international airport is duty-free. Recommended, would shop here again.

  Went in to replace cups on my Bose headphones after 15 years of sterling service. Man who greater and served me was fantastic, knew his stuff and I tried the latest technology. Loved the new headphones that much that I came out with a new pair! Very satisfied, no pressuring, very knowledgeable that he gave me confidence in my new purchase. If you are in the market give them a try, you won’t regret it.
