  Made an appointment to have my Mac looked over at the time that Apple gave me. To then make 1 hour journey to Perth CBD to be told that the time they have is totally different from the allocated time slot they have. No help was offered accept to wait until the time allocated by the store 45 minutes later, which is now unable to do as I have a flight to catch. My advice is to take the extra time and use Garden City as even though they are a bit further from the Northern suburbs, they always aim to help. Manager on call was Lucy I think, but she was about as helpful as chocolate fire guard...
  
  Spend $5000 on a laptop and get garbage service !!!!

  Attentive staff incredibly long waiting time but you do get the opportunity to leave the store and be summonsed back via text to re join the cue for a slightly shorter wait, only to be told the device is un serviceable but you can purchase a re refurbished one for $100 less than a new one. Took to a shopping centre repair place all fixed for a fraction of the price. Zombies every where In this shop.

  Worst experience of my last visit I don't know who the guy was that he had not even introduced himself to me and when we start discussion about my iCloud problems he suggested me to contact apple support and they talked in between and left me with the struggling with my problems and start serving another VIP customer and not even came to conclusion that what I need to do or not. So this is the worst and most worst experience by Apple Store not expected this from you guys. I am also your loyal customer and mostly purchasing my so many products from you and after still I am getting this kind of response not expecting. Not like to give you even 1 star.

  Supposedly the pinnacle of Apple here in Perth, I had a terrible experience getting my laptop battery repaired. The problem was 100% the fault of Apple and no explanation how or why it happened, just a lukewarm "sorry" by the junior staff. I repeatedly asked to see a manager and was told "they were busy" and never got a chance to speak to one. I felt like an insignificant number and no compensation for the time and money it took to travel there given it was their fault. For shame, I will not be going back again if this is how they treat their customers.
