  I had a property that I needed to lease out and so needed to have it valued. West Coast Valuers did a great job and I was very happy with the final price. They were also able to provide me with some great advice about setting the rent and preparing the property for tenants.

  This is a business that lies through their teeth. They email all the clients and ask for payment upfront before they produce their reports. I had given written consent to the amount before I arranged for the inspection, and the invoice was paid straight away.
  I have all the evidence of communications and actions, everything I said here is TRUE.
  The business only contacted me after the below review and email I sent to them asking for a refund for no services provided and I refused their report. So the next day they tried to contact me and sent me a report just at the end of the business hour, which I clearly refused to accept.
  I found it extremely rude and unprofessional of the owner to make up excuses and refuses to own up to their mistakes, but also trying to paint a bad picture of a genuine review.
  
  Below is my initial Comment on 7 April, 2022.
  “Total Fraud. It has been 2 weeks since the inspection was done, paid the invoice straight away, was told will take 2 business days, then again max 5 business days for report to be produced. Till this day, NO follow ups and NO reports!!! Would not recommend this business, better take your money somewhere else.”
