Not to say, you need to order two plates of paella which I was surprised as the quantity looked fit for one plate. However the paella rice was totally burned that even my daughter refused to eat on just looking at it. On informing, the staff offered to provide a refund however when the cash was handed over. it was only half as they stated we ate half. Totally ridiculous as we didn't even eat a spoon full. Would suggest staying away from the paella if you are expecting some wholesome food. Won't be going there again nor recommending it to anyone. It's totally against business ethics when you offer a customer a refund and then on taking away the product you decide to then only pay back half the amount. Disappointed guys as not the type of service I anticipated to receive.
