  Booked in to have gel over natural nails. Set aside one hour.
  Lady greeted me but didn’t introduce herself to me so wouldn’t have a clue what her name was.
  I asked for a tip to be put on my little fingers as they are shorter but was told I didn’t book that and I would have to reschedule.
  Said ok, but I didn’t want polish which I thought would’ve been enough time.
  I was told there would be two people doing my nails, one to do the gel and the other to finish. I thought that was strange but still went ahead.
  I was never spoken to during the session which I thought was impersonal. No “how are you, how is your day “ ect, which I would’ve thought is standard for any customer service business.
  Anyway she was finished after thirty minutes because she had to rush out for her lunch break.
  I declined the polish and left.
  Now, not even one hour since the treatment, the gel has already started to peel off, and is not smooth on the nails at all.
  Total waste of money which is a shame.

  The place is beautiful and staff are friendly but when I came here the technician did not put a top coat over one of my nails because she forgot and when I told her she hadn’t she insisted she had even though I had been watching the whole time and made me feel stupid. 4 days after my appointment that nails artwork has started to come off which I have never had before and I consistently have my nails done and the damage will only get worse over the next weeks and when you pay $135 for nails you sort of expect them to be nice for 3-4 weeks.

  First time here, got my manicure done with a lady named E. a nice lady, however not very helpful with choosing the right colors for me but thats fine. Cutting, shaping and cuticle work are done diligently tho abit slow. So by the time she starts applying the colors, her next client has arrived and I can tell that she started to rush. A 30mins manicure finished in nearly 50mins. I did notice a few smudges around the skin but I thought that was ok. Only when I got home and look at them carefully then I notice the gel polish are applied very poorly around the edges! Some even got under the nails! I believe the photos attached are self-explanatory. I wouldn't say it was a horrible experience but you need to make sure you pick the right technician!!

  The best nail salon in the Perth suburbs (Cockburn). I have never been disappointed. Unique color and glitter. The gel polish Claw Licious is made my the owner and is vegan and less chemicals. They have awesome iridescent glitter that really makes a statement. I get compliments from strangers about my nails.
  
  You must make an appointment online or you will never get in. It is also a beauty school but I have always gotten a licensed nail technician.
  
  Super clean and a pretty salon.
  
  The ladies are very conversational and speak impeccable English. They are so friendly. It’s not a typical nail salon it is a real spa. It is fancy. Trust me.
  
  I am always offered a water, coffee or tea and it is served on a cute porcelain plate with a cookie or pretzels. It is the little things that are a really nice touch and sets them apart from the other nail places.
  
  The pedicure stations are really comfy. They are not massage chairs though they are cushioned couches. You will not find a massage chair here and I don’t miss it. This is a quality salon with high end products and staff.
  
  The prices are a smidge higher but you will be very pleased with the service and the final results.
  
  Jane and Hitomi are my favorite technicians. Kelly is also very good and I always have a nice chat and a laugh here.

  Update/Edit: brought my partner here today for the Male Pedicure. He was not disappointed and has now even said "when we come back next time...". I think the ladies and myself may have created a monster! He thoroughly enjoyed the pamper and his beer beverage. Thanks ladies for including him!!!!
  
  The ladies here are amazing.
  They always make you feel welcome, comfy and wanted.
  Compared to all the other mall-style, walk-in salons where they don't speak to you, chat to each other in another language and bark orders at you - this place is heaven.
  
  They always check on you, remember you, treat you like a human, provide a drink and small nibbles and enjoy to chat.
  
  They have even designed their studio to be child friendly/welcoming. Even my son enjoys coming here for a bit of relaxation and pampering.
  
  Tina is my regular nail technician and I look forward to seeing her every time. She almost doubles as my psych due to how much she listens
