  Had a problem with both my battery and a bad terminal connection. Auto masters resolved it promptly, at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

  They charged 700$ for a starter motor (Toyota Prado, 2000). I was in a rush so I had to pay. Same work in other places were less than 450$. This is the last mechanic that you wanna visit.
  
  *I called to the company as they requested and guess what: they promised to “call me back”. No one never contact me. Really you should be ashamed of waste people time.

  we used to send both of our cars to this place but I will never send them again. Lazy workers with 1 car and yes it is admittedly old 15yrs old but its still going The rhs indicator went we took it back (it had just been there for a yearly srvice) we explained what the issue was we were told sorry we can't do anything about it as its an auto electrician problem. Book into an auto electriacian. guess what bulb needed changing should not that be picked up in the yearly service We also have sent our xtrail ⁰into service after an expensive service 1 week later the clutch burnt out completely That i know is not there fault. However why bother servicing if they can not pick up on things that are degrading. This lazy indifference left my partner stuck in on a country rd waiting for help. Do not bother with them yes at first they were good but they get very lazy once they know the car Shame on the mechanics that work there you are lazy and do not care about peoples lives when servicing a car.

  Brought my 2011 ford territory to these guys to fix an intermittent clunking noise from the left rear. Although still unresolved (even by previous mechanics) I can't fault the service. Even though it's a franchise, which I would usually avoid, these guys fit me in at late notice, were very communicative about what else needed fixing and were accommodating to my preferences. Ended up changing the differential oil and transmission fluid alongside a regular service and I have noticed an improvement in the gearbox and drive feeling since. $675 and came with some auto masters discounts for other retailers and a comprehensive report unlike many other mechanics I've been to.
  
  If you were to choose an auto masters, I'd highly recommend these guys. If only you guys existed in Victoria I would probably use you back there!

  Have had my timing belt replaced, services and brake lights fixed. They got my car in same day for the replacement of the brake light globes, which was much appreciated. They are very friendly, honest and good prices. Thanks guys.
