  Made the booking for me and my partner on Friday for the following Monday, as she works in kwinana we asked for an appointment as late as possible which the girl on the phone said was 4.45pm - I got a call on the Monday at around 4.00pm asking could we go in earlier and I said that it wasn't possible because my partner was working. I arrived in at 4.30pm and said hello to girl on reception who barely replied, she was very rude. The doctor who obviously was in a rush was rushing me down the hall, spent 30 seconds talking about my vaccine then rushed me into nurse to get it. They did the exact same thing with my partner who was there at 4.45pm on the dot. The nurse said to her it's not very often that you have the whole surgery waiting for your arrival. For the cost of the 30 seconds to see the doc and the vaccine we expected to treated a little bit better. There opening hours are stated as 9am - 5pm. We paid and we were out the door by 4.50pm without a goodbye or thank you from girl on reception. Will not be recommending this place to anyone.

  For my multiple travels to Brasil, Argentina, and Peru, this clinic provided the important health and vaccination advice that I required. The information was explained clearly and supported with pamphlets from Australian governmentI sources.
  
  I advise fellow travellers that such formation must be discussed with doctors experienced in these specific matters that non-specialist doctors are less skilled in.
  
  Whilst these consults have tangible costs, I value my health and will gladly pay for such worthy and informed information.
  
  The staff here are very friendly and professional in all matters that I encountered, so I will gladly rebook for my next travels.

  I have been attending this clinic for approx 12 years. Dr Stanley Khoo, Dr Bracknell and Doctor Wren are caring, professional and all have an amazing bedside manner. Geoffrey is an amazing nurse. Kym and Samina are professional friendly and efficient. The waiting room is a pleasant environment and never overcrowded.

  My husband and I often visit the Travel Medicine Centre for our travel needs as we are always visiting far flung places. As usual, the service was excellent this time and Dr Chris Rynn was incredibly knowledgeable about the various locations and what's required for each. Thanks again for keeping us safe!

  2 stars as Dr Khoo was wonderful. The front desk staff on the other hand, although lovely, need to be more diligent. Sat for 25 minutes while my information sat on the desk not submitted and the doctor admitted she had no idea I was even in reception as they hadn't passed on my info. So, I was 10 minutes early and taken 25 minutes late - all for a 10 minute appointment. Won't be back unless desperate.

  I have struggled in the past to find a decent GP who would takes more than 2 minutes with my case!
  And I can say I was finally happy with Dr Shaw Thuesday. Despite the wait on the waiting room, when I got in she actually took time to listen and even looked at me to make sure Everything was Ok (first time it happens to me in 6 years in Perth!)
  I had the receptionist on the phone today, and she was very nice and helpful.
  I can definetly recommend this medical centre and say that I finnaly found my GP!
