- Ben Burgess Added January 22, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Had a $300 wool quilt that we took in 1 hour after our cat peed on it. Told them the stain was fresh and it needed to be cleaned right away. Picked it up a week later to find the stain baked in, label melted and smelling of a combination of chemicals and pee. Was told they tried three times to get the stain out and don't know how long it was left before they cleaned it but was pretty disgusted to see the result. They weren't even upfront about it. It wasn't until i pulled it out of the bag to look that they said anything about it. Would never take anything here again.
