  In may this year, 2018. I had the liner replaced in my 130,000 litre rainwater tank. The liner was fitted, using screws.
  Since then I had an issue with a chemical (polyethelene glycol) leaking from the solar hot water system. Consequently I was advised by the WA Health Dept. to dump the water from the tank. I had a person in to do this for me but guess what? no provision of a separate dump outlet. I sent two emails to Acus tanks and have just called the company and I was told "if you want one you have to pay for it".
  Big mistake on my behalf. I was definitely was not told this. Acus installed the tank in the first instance, fitted the liner and Two outlets, one to supply the house and a dump outlet. One would have thought That the tank and liner would have been returned to the original function. I informed Nigel that I would be taking this complaint to Consumer Affairs. His comment was, "ring me next week, I can't talk now".
  Not good enough Acus.
